Slim is expert in service design and business modelling. He holds a doctorate in information systems from the University of Geneva (Switzerland) and in computer science from the Joseph Fourier University (Grenoble, France). He is employed as a senior researcher at the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST). He has been involved in many national and international projects addressing multiple business sectors such as e-government, financial services, tourism, mobility, education, employment, and social services. He developed a solid experience in service analysis, design, redesign and compliance. He has multiple publications in international scientific conferences and journals. He is a co-founder member of the fi4si association (Field Intelligence for Sustainable Innovation, asbl). Currently, he is focusing on data-driven services.
